Each city we visit in Japan
has its own unique personality. From eclectic and trendy Tokyo to the oddly quiet
and reserve Nikko.
Our first impression
of Kyoto was peaceful, refined and intellectual – a cultural city, nestled
in rich green mountains, of art, music, shops, food and so many gorgeous temples,
gardens and houses that we started losing track of names as we wandered through
them.
