From
the North entrance of the Park, we stumbled onto
a great hike that led through the woods, along two
lakes, ending with a beautiful view of the Mount Rainier from one
of the Park's lookout towers. It was our typical "Let's check it out,
just to see that lake that is just next to the road on the map" and three
hours later, feeling quite tired but fully energized we were standing
on a ridge admiring one of the most beautiful mountains on the planet.
